Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers is a tire shop in Parma, Ohio. It is listed at 6575 Ridge Rd, Parma, OH 44129, which places it among the local businesses of Parma that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

My experience with Mr. Tire has not been great. My issue is not with their pricing or the turnaround time for repairs. My biggest concern is that my vehicles have been returned to me with the work or reassembly incomplete. The first time, I brought in one of my work vehicles and had the whole front end replaced. While driving afterward, I noticed the steering started to feel sloppy. I pulled over and discovered that the cotter pin had not been replaced on the gearbox/pitman arm nut, and the nut was starting to come loose. I returned the vehicle to the shop, and they corrected the issue. More recently, I had the front struts replaced on another work van. When I picked it up, parts of the dashboard were hanging down, and insulation from under the dash was left on the floor. I do want to acknowledge the clerk at the front counter. He provided excellent customer service, apologized several times, and helped defuse the situation professionally. However, my concern is with the shopβs quality-control process before vehicles are returned to customers. If there were a thorough final inspection or checklist before releasing the vehicle, I believe these issues could have been avoided. I d

Mr. Tony, is a prayer not just a blessing. Very professional, respectful, best Mechanics I have come across between 43 states. Tony and his crew genuinely care, will take care of you and work with you not against you at all cost. This location you can trust more than family with your car, for Tony cares about our lives. Thank you so much to all your rare , authentic quality.

These guys are great. Everyone here is super friendly. The guy that runs the place is Tony. Everytime I take my car in he tells me what I need in plain English. I live in the medical world. Mechanics is so foreign to me so its nice to be able to understand exactly what I'm paying for and what my car needs to be safe. Super nice guy and he runs a great team. I show up at opening with a spare on and metal debris in my tire. They had my car in the back with 30 mins with no appointment cause he knew I had to get to work.

BEWARE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!! 2.27.26 update They refused to follow thru woth a refund so I contacted my credit card so they can handle this since they stopped replying to my emails. Manager Jerry Neitzel is not very helpful. Update They asked me to reach out called 3 times and each time I was hung up on before the call was answered. OP: Came in for tires on 12.15.25 paid over $700 to get all new and mounted. I only came in for tires. Was going well until I recieved my car back with multiple light on the dash (check engine, hill assist, traction control, and tire light) the only light that was one when bringing the car in was the tire and my awd( had a spare on so awd was upset). When I bright this to the managers attention Anthony Valentino he stated none of those codes would be from what they did. They also fabricated a form that states these lights were on prior to them touching my car. They then gave me a form with everything they did and said they would have to charge me to find out what was wrong. We argued back and forth on what lights were and were not on when the car was dropped off. I actually had a video of my dash from 15 minutes prior to show my bf what was ha

Super nice people and weβve had good experiences in the past but our last experience was not one of them Dropped the car off for what should have been a 1-2 day repair and got it about 4 days later due to part delays and repair issues - no big deal. Picked the car up and they had left their diagnostic machine plugged into the car so had to bring it back in to them. About 20 minutes into driving it we were hit with an engine malfunction alert and high battery usage alert. We brought it back and they fixed it again in a day at no charge and said they think they left something loose - a little frustrated but again no big deal until we got home the 2nd time and our side light blinkers were dangling off the side with both clamps on each side completey cracked. At this point we are just fixing them ourselves but now Iβm anxious if thereβs anything else that was broken and hidden or messed up - which is a crappy way to feel after spending over $2k for repairs (and not being verbally warned if you use the financing youβll end up paying over double if not paid in 100 days). Really disappointing experience from a place we normally like but weβll probably be finding a MINI specialist for a
